In the power sector, pole painting and coding is a major activity. Each pole is usually coded with its GIS data, including details such as the feeder, substation, division, and DISCOM, to identify which feeder each pole is connected to. However, this process requires a large number of skilled painters (manpower) to code poles manually, and due to manpower shortages, the task often remains incomplete.

To overcome this challenge, some departments introduced vinyl stickers, but these were unsuccessful because of poor durability. After extensive effort and research, the Orbterra Info Vision team developed a non-peelable, weather-resistant sticker that ensures long-term durability and accuracy. Using this innovation, Orbterra successfully completed pole coding projects across Uttar Pradesh and Odisha, and today, we are proudly delivering this reliable solution to several other states in India.
